Job Information
Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management [SCM] Team for sales of MISD and CISD products, ensuring timely preparation and sharing of PO/SO formats. Maintain accurate sales records, generated reports, and regularly updated overdue and dispatch statuses for customers. Assist with payment follow-ups and provide essential documentation, including sales orders, sample dispatch, and web inquiries. Facilitate interdepartmental coordination, such as cheque tracking with F&A and delivery specifications with RCQA. Offer backend support to the sales team, handle key customer documentation needs, and ensure timely submission of forms like Price and Credit Approvals to streamline operations effectively.
Required capabilities, and skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. Knowledge of other data processing tools will be preferred.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.

- Any Graduate with 2-3 years of experience
