Position Title: Data & IT Engineer, Solar Lab

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dataloggers & Acquisition Software: Should have 2 to 4 Experience in Dataloggers, LABVIEW & other programming languages.
• Database management: 2 to 4 years experience in SQL, MS access database management, backup management, archiving, and organizing records. 
• Analysis & reporting software: Experience in relevant software for data analysis, and report generation. 
• IT infra: Managing PCs, LANs, Software, Server IT-related infra, compliance & Policies.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in technical software installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance.
• Knowledge programming of electrical circuits, dataloggers, Electrical & Control wiring systems, and safety procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report test results accurately.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Safety-conscious mindset when working with high-voltage electrical systems.
• Manage and track equipment and tools, and ensure tasks to be carried out are as per quality standards. Coordinate with equipment suppliers, vendors, and with MCI colleagues.
• Work in an Indoor and outdoor rooftop environment with appropriate safety precautions & measures.
• Must be target/KPI-driven and disciplined.
• Independent planning and execution of work and timely reporting to respective authorities. 
• Project management experience will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, computer science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years Experience in IT infrastructure, Software & Electrical Maintenance field, preferably in a laboratory or relevant technical environment.

We are seeking a responsible Lab Assistant to join our team and contribute to various laboratory tasks. Your role will involve performing Polymer, Paper, Films, and Coatings sampling, testing, measuring, recording, and analysing in collaboration with the rest of the lab team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a laboratory environment and a strong commitment to accuracy to ensure the extraction of reliable and valid results.

You will be responsible for following established protocols, maintaining meticulous records, and upholding safety guidelines.

Position Title: Senior Lab Technician, CISD

Location: Gurugram, Haryana 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples of Polymers, films, paper, and coatings for testing using various laboratory equipment.
• Well knowledge of flexible packaging testing including adhesives and coatings.
• Maintain all laboratory records.
• Comply with the correct procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct laboratory tests, analyse results, and document your findings.
• Stay informed with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Document all activities, and results and report back to management.
• Clean and sterilize equipment and work area.
• Collect and prepare research and information needed for studies.
• Classify and label samples.
• Undertake basic administrative tasks such as filing and answering telephones.

Skills Required:

Qualifications:

This role is ideal for driven individuals with a background in polymer or chemical engineering, seeking to build a career in sales and marketing. 

Position Title: Assistant Manager, MISD

Location: Delhi, & Mumbai 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will carry imports and sales of MCI products for various applications like Automotive, packaging film, Solar sheet, etc. (products: specialty Elastomers, Adhesive resins, synthetic rubber EPDM, Packaging-films, TPE / TPO compounds, etc.)
• Responsible for Marketing as per revenue-budget plans, developing credit policies, meet budgeted sales & business development targets.
• Develop an efficient supply chain as a direct & channel business.
• Visit the customers for new product development/trials and provide technical service (appropriate level)
• Maintain and update the customer database of each product at regular intervals.
• Monitor the competitor activities like offers, pricing, credit terms, etc., and formulate strategies every month.
• Work closely with SCM / finance department for invoicing, and collection of money as per credit management policy of the company.

Skills Required:

• Demonstrate good negotiation and sales skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel.
• Must possess strong analytical skills.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Polymer or Chemical Engineering, preferably plastics/films / packaging
