Position Title: Assistant Manager, MISD

Location: New Delhi

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities

• Going to the site, conducting a site survey, audit, or testing at the site as per project demand.
  
• Collection of test results, compiling and analysis of data.
• Report review and support in report preparation.
• Support and contribute to developing new services for solar power plant owners, developers, and O&M companies.
• Reporting to the manager by strictly adhering to the testing protocols and checklist etc.
• Follow all standards, the company’s QMS, or any other prescribed procedure or protocol.
• Handle clients’ queries and issues at the site.
• Support in technical marketing activities.

Sales and Business Development

• Execute the business development plan by following the sales and marketing strategy of the company.
• Develop new business by identifying new customers, initiating customer contact and sales process.
• Contribute to new service development by providing market insights and customer requirements to the company.
• Target sales in the territory from the targeted customers.
• Use presentations, brochures & various other marketing tools for promoting lab products to potential customers.
• Preparation of sales proposals for testing and consulting services.
• Negotiation and closing of sales with customers.
• Able to contribute to preparing the annual budget and sales plan

Customer Relationship

• Maintain good professional relationships with customers.
• Handling customer complaints and queries as per company procedure and management system.
• Develop long-term business relationships to ensure repeat orders.

Management Reporting

• Regular reporting to seniors and supervisors.
• Participation in regular follow-up meetings, and technical advisory expert committee meetings.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience of 2-4 years in solar testing, site survey, or other advisory and consulting industry.
• Knowledge of solar power value chain.
• Experience in solar power plant installation, monitoring, and maintaining quality.
• Experience in executing on-site testing of a power plant will be preferred.
• Knowledge of testing standards, test procedures, and protocols, etc.
• Able to read and interpret standards, procedures guidelines, etc.
• Post-graduate/ Graduate engineering degree in a Solar (preferably) or any other relevant field.
• Professional certifications related to solar.
• Business Management graduates will be preferable (but not compulsory as an additional requirement).
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Computer skills in MS Office and general documentation tools.
• Fluency in English. Regional language knowledge is also preferable.
• Excellent team and communication skills

Other requirements

• Ability to work according to industry norms and standards and ensure a high level of dedication.
• Open to travel excessively, in interior locations across India.
• Able to work on-site at any power plant location.

Position Title: Data & IT Engineer, Solar Lab

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dataloggers & Acquisition Software: Should have 2 to 4 Experience in Dataloggers, LABVIEW & other programming languages.
• Database management: 2 to 4 years experience in SQL, MS access database management, backup management, archiving, and organizing records. 
• Analysis & reporting software: Experience in relevant software for data analysis, and report generation. 
• IT infra: Managing PCs, LANs, Software, Server IT-related infra, compliance & Policies.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in technical software installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance.
• Knowledge programming of electrical circuits, dataloggers, Electrical & Control wiring systems, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a responsible Lab Assistant to join our team and contribute to various laboratory tasks. Your role will involve performing Polymer, Paper, Films, and Coatings sampling, testing, measuring, recording, and analysing in collaboration with the rest of the lab team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a laboratory environment and a strong commitment to accuracy to ensure the extraction of reliable and valid results.

You will be responsible for following established protocols, maintaining meticulous records, and upholding safety guidelines.

Position Title: Senior Lab Technician, CISD

Location: Gurugram, Haryana 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples of Polymers, films, paper, and coatings for testing using various laboratory equipment.
• Well knowledge of flexible packaging testing including adhesives and coatings.
• Maintain all laboratory records.
• Comply with the correct procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct laboratory tests, analyse results, and document your findings.
• Stay informed with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Document all activities, and results and report back to management.
• Clean and sterilize equipment and work area.
• Collect and prepare research and information needed for studies.
• Classify and label samples.
• Undertake basic administrative tasks such as filing and answering telephones.

Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
