Position Title: Assistant Manager, MISD

Location: New Delhi

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Technical side job responsibilities

-> Going to the site, conducting a site survey, audit, or testing at the site as per project demand.

-> Collection of test results, compiling and analysis of data.

-> Report review and support in report preparation.

-> Support and contribute to developing new services for solar power plant owners, developers, and O&M companies.

-> Reporting to the manager by strictly adhering to the testing protocols and checklist etc.

-> Follow all standards, the company’s QMS, or any other prescribed procedure or protocol.

-> Handle clients’ queries and issues at the site.

-> Support in technical marketing activities.

2. Sales and Business Development

• -> Execute the business development plan by following the sales and marketing strategy of the company.
• -> Develop new business by identifying new customers, initiating customer contact and sales process.
• -> Contribute to new service development by providing market insights and customer requirements to the company.
• -> Target sales in the territory from the targeted customers.
• -> Use presentations, brochures & various other marketing tools for promoting lab products to potential customers.
• -> Preparation of sales proposals for testing and consulting services.
• -> Negotiation and closing of sales with customers.
• -> Able to contribute to preparing the annual budget and sales plan

3. Customer Relationship

• -> Maintain good professional relationships with customers.
• -> Handling customer complaints and queries as per company procedure and management system.
• -> Develop long-term business relationships to ensure repeat orders.

4. Management Reporting

• -> Regular reporting to seniors and supervisors.
• -> Participation in regular follow-up meetings, and technical advisory expert committee meetings.

Requirements:

• -> Hands-on experience of 2-4 years in solar testing, site survey, or other advisory and consulting industry.
• -> Knowledge of solar power value chain.
• -> Experience in solar power plant installation, monitoring, and maintaining quality.
• -> Experience in executing on-site testing of a power plant will be preferred.
• -> Knowledge of testing standards, test procedures, and protocols, etc.
• -> Able to read and interpret standards, procedures guidelines, etc.
• -> Post-graduate/ Graduate engineering degree in a Solar (preferably) or any other relevant field.
• -> Professional certifications related to solar.
• -> Business Management graduates will be preferable (but not compulsory as an additional requirement).
• -> Good verbal and written communication.
• -> Computer skills in MS Office and general documentation tools.
• -> Fluency in English. Regional language knowledge is also preferable.
• -> Excellent team and communication skills

Other requirements

• -> Ability to work according to industry norms and standards and ensure a high level of dedication.
• -> Open to travel excessively, in interior locations across India.
• -> Able to work on-site at any power plant location.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Solar Lab Team in Ahmedabad as a Data & IT Engineer. If you have a passion for excellence and a desire to be part of a growing organization, we want to hear from you.

Position Title: Data & IT Engineer, Solar Lab

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Dataloggers & Acquisition Software 

-> Should have 2 to 4 Experience in Dataloggers, LABVIEW & other programming languages.

2. Database management  

-> 2 to 4 years experience in SQL, MS access database management, backup management, archiving, and organizing records. 

3. Analysis & reporting software   

-> Experience in relevant software for data analysis, and report generation. 

4. IT infra    

-> Managing PCs, LANs, Software, Server IT-related infra, compliance & Policies.

Skill Required:

• -> Proficiency in technical software installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance.
• -> Knowledge programming of electrical circuits, dataloggers, Electrical & Control wiring systems, and safety procedures.
• -> Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report test results accurately.
• -> Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• -> Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• -> Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• -> Safety-conscious mindset when working with high-voltage electrical systems.
• -> Manage and track equipment and tools, and ensure tasks to be carried out are as per quality standards. Coordinate with equipment suppliers, vendors, and with MCI colleagues.
• -> Work in an Indoor and outdoor rooftop environment with appropriate safety precautions & measures.
• -> Must be target/KPI-driven and disciplined.
• -> Independent planning and execution of work and timely reporting to respective authorities. 
• -> Project management experience will be an added advantage.
• -> Collaborative teamwork approach.
• -> Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must.
• -> Should be flexible to assist team members in various work-related activities

Qualifications:

• -> Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, computer science, or a related field.

• -> 2 to 4 years Experience in IT infrastructure, Software & Electrical Maintenance field, preferably in a laboratory or relevant technical environment.
