Overview

Made from plant-derived materials, this lens reduces CO₂ emissions compared to petroleum-derived equivalents.

Plant-derived materials

Compared to petroleum-derived equivalents, CO2 emissions*1 are reduced by 8% for MR-160DG™ and 14% for MR-174 ™.

It is certified as a biomass product by JORA*2 in Japan and USDA*3 in the United States.

Superior Optical Properties

Due to the exceptional optical performance of MR™, it has properties such as "Thin and Light", "Safe and Resistant to Breakage" and "Lasting Appeal" as well as "Clear View"

*1 Calculation in accordance with ISO 14067, using a model case whose evaluation scope ranges from raw material production to resin production.
